Founded in Germany in 1998, Executive Temporary Management GmbH (ETM) has
become an established management consultancy firm specialising in
"management on demand".
Initially a service line of the
auditing firm Ernst & Young AG, and a legally
independent service provider since April 2004. Historically, ETM has an
excellent international network. Clients of ETM mainly include small to medium-
sized enterprises from the industry, service and trade sectors, but also
subsidiaries and associated companies of major national and international
(especially Anglo-American) groups. Investment trusts and private equity firms
call on the services of ETM for temporary management recruits.
ETM is led by a team of experienced business managers who have acquired their
management skills in demanding line positions, primarily for renowned,
internationally aligned companies, but also as professionals.
ETM provides executives for all areas of operation, with a focus on first and
second line management. The core competencies of ETM are General Management and
Finance & Administration. ETM takes care of implementation management for
corporate restructuring with the help of experienced CRO and HR managers.
