They have the ability to see things in perspective and think in terms of concepts and above all, are seasoned professionals. They are thus able to get to grips with daily business quickly, and provide solutions that ensure the continued existence of the company in the long term. They are also able to support other executives in a coaching capacity and train their successors
The following qualities are essential for working with ETM:

You were recently employed at management level in renowned companies, acquiring

experience and expertise in e.g. Change Management, Project Management,

Turnarounds, which make you particularly well qualified for management on demand

assignments.

You are largely financially independent and have voluntarily chosen self-employment.

You can demonstrate quantifiable success, in which you played a major role; ideally

you have experience as a professional.

You are highly flexible and able to work under pressure.

You have very good leadership and communication skills.
You can also work for ETM without first line management experience if:

you possess the qualities listed above and are

an expert (and not just a good generalist) in and have outstanding knowledge of your

field. This makes you perfect for management on demand projects, for which specific

expert knowledge is a priority, e.g. changing over from HGB accounting to dual ledger

accounting (HGB and IFRS).
